Eagle Showcase 2019
For the duration of the Spring 2019 semester I worked with a group of peers to help manage and oversee the planning and execution of an event.
During this time we worked to execute the Eagle Showcase for our client, The Office of Leadership and Community Engagement, on campus.
The showcase serves as a way to highlight Service-Learning projects completed by students with a casual award ceremony.
Throughout the event planning process I took on the following responsibilities and tasks:

Took notes at meetings and typed them for our records

Created a to-do list for the group to keep up with work

Helped with assignments

Kept track of planning and meeting materials for event book

Background research for the event

Helped put together presentations

Created poster tags and food cards for the event

Filming and editing for promo videos

Put together swag bags

Helped with set up on the day of the event

Helped with the breakdown of the event

Checked in participants and handed them their swag bags

Helped participants put up posters

This video was created by me to help promote the Eagle Showcase. I reached out to several students who were participating in the showcase to create videos encouraging peers to attend the event.
This presentation was created to educate our class on the Eagle Showcase and go over our initial plans and event factors.
This presentation acts as an evaluation of our event.
