Catalyst4mbas.com is focused on making connections, bringing MBAs and Masters together from the top business schools to network together and connect with the top organizations that value the MBA and offer the best careers.
Here is a video that I completed promoting a IT Reform Consultant position.
Throughout the duration of my internship at Catalyst, I created promotional videos for vacant positions, added vacancies to company database using Bullhorn and created promotional graphics promoting the companies networking services. I also maintained and updated company information on their site.

When I arrived the company's platforms had large gaps and inconsistency with posting. I educated my supervisors on the importance of consistency as an online business and established a Hootsuite account for them. I also utilized it to maintained a steady stream of social media posts.
Before leaving I completed two final projects:
1. Social Media Calendar | Training
Using Hootsuite, I created graphics, planned, drafted and scheduled social media posts for the month of September. I also trained the incoming intern on how to do the same.
2. Promotional Video
Using footage I collected, reels from past events, and stock videos/ images I created a promotional video about the company, its employees and mission. The video was to be premiered at a later event.
